I woke up at 4am to rain and acrons and branches falling outside so decided to run my 8 miles on the treadmill. I couldn't help being reminded of something I read recently: to be a distance runner you must have a high tolerance for boredom :) -- It wasn't so bad, and I did pretty well time wise considering I walked some.
