it was a sad day, I had to go for a longish run all alone :( it was nearing dark so I went a little faster than I had planned, during mile 6 I noticed a 'give' in my left heel/achilles which spooked me since my marathon training partner is currently nursing a sore achilles. My heel has been bothering me a bit so I'm going to skip tomorrow's 3 mile and enjoy a 90 minute massage in the afternoon. Thursday will be 4 miles and hopefully things will be feeling fine as I gear up for 15 miles on Saturday!
